🚚 Important Delivery Guidelines

• Verify Your Address: Please check your receipt to ensure your delivery address is completely correct.
• Mark the Placement Spot: Clearly mark where you want your product dropped. A chalk "X" on the driveway or a securely weighed-down tarp works perfectly.
• Unmarked Placement Spots: If no marker is found on-site, the driver will place the load in the spot that best reflects the description you provided at checkout.
• Driver’s Perspective: When giving left or right directions, please note that our drivers always determine left/right while facing your house from the street.
• Clear the Area: Please ensure all vehicles are moved out of the way before your delivery arrives.
• Obstructions & Fences: If your requested area is blocked by an obstruction (vehicles, trees, low branches, fences, etc.), the driver will select the next safest, most appropriate spot available.
